Welcome to NicoleInScrubs.com

Hey, real talk before we go any further.

I built this space to be a BS-free zone, and that means being completely transparent about who I am, what I do, how I make money, and where my boundaries are. No fine print buried at the bottom. No corporate speak. Just the honest version.

Who I am (and who I’m not)

I’m J. Nicole, RN — a registered nurse, health coach, and the woman who spent years being told her health was “fine” while feeling absolutely anything but. I created this space to share what I wish someone had told me sooner.

But here’s the thing y’all need to know: I am not YOUR nurse. Everything I share here is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis. It does not create a provider-patient relationship between us. Nothing on this site replaces the care of a licensed provider who actually knows your full health history, your labs, and your story.

The opinions and content here are entirely my own and do not reflect the views of my employer or the hospital where I work.

What I can and can’t do

As a nurse health coach, I can recommend over-the-counter products and supplements that may support your wellness goals. I can explain the science behind GLP-1s, peptides, and metabolic health so you walk into your doctor’s office actually knowing what questions to ask. I can share my personal experience and what’s worked for my body.

What I can’t do is prescribe medications, order labs, or tell you what’s right for your specific body. That’s your provider’s job. Prescription treatments including GLP-1s, peptides, and compounded medications require a licensed medical provider and real clinical oversight. This is not a DIY situation, y’all. Please don’t make it one.

Always consult your licensed provider before starting any prescription treatment. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products discussed on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

How I make money (yes, I’m going to tell you)

Some links on this site are affiliate links or part of brand partnerships. That means if you click and buy something, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is how I keep the lights on and the content free.

I only recommend things I actually trust. Most are products I personally use and genuinely love. For others, I recommend them based on my professional trust in the brand’s clinical standards. I will always be upfront when something is a partnership or when I haven’t personally tried a specific product.

Results and Testimonials

Any results or testimonials shared on this site including my own reflect individual experiences only. Your results will depend on your own biology, consistency, medical history, and a whole lot of other factors that make you uniquely you. Nothing here is a guarantee. Individual results vary.

One more thing

If you ever have questions about any of this, my partnerships, my recommendations, or my credentials, just ask. Transparency isn’t just a legal requirement for me. It’s literally the whole point.
