Before I graduated from nursing school at 36, I had a rewarding career as a graphic artist and photographer, harnessing creativity and capturing moments. At 38, I became a NICU nurse—an achievement fueled by my passion for nurturing the tiniest of lives. But my journey didn’t stop there. At 40, I embarked on a personal health quest, shedding over 59 pounds in just one year! This transformation has been not only physical but deeply personal, and now I dedicate myself to helping others achieve similar successes.

So, what do I love about being over 40? Being unapologetically me! I am content with the person I’ve become and am taking this time to choose myself, making better decisions for my health and mental wellbeing.
How I Stay Fabulous
While good genes play a role, I’ll admit I was the absolute worst at skincare until I turned 40. Now, I’ve nailed down a great skincare routine. By focusing on personal wellness, I’m now healthier than I was at 30, thanks to my dedication and that impressive weight loss.
